Return Conditions
Products must be returned in original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a return.
Returns that affect the resale condition may be rejected.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Bank processing times may vary, depending on your financial institution.
Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:
Please provide supporting proof for investigation.
Once verified, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery scan.
Important Notes
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse the package at delivery:
A refund will be issued only after the parcel is returned to us.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent back without prior authorization may be refused, and any related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to decline returns if:
- The product shows excessive wear or misuse.
- The claim appears fraudulent or inconsistent with our policies.
